Enhance Promotion Rules to Support Long Text Data Type Attributes

With the 25A release, Oracle Commerce supports setting up promotion rules based on the long text data type attributes. Promotion rules based on short text and rich text data type attributes are already supported.

• Dynamic promotion capabilities are now available for a broader set of product catalog attributes.
• Allows merchants to create more granular and targeted promotions based on detailed text attributes.
