Manage Usage Events

We provide a list page (tab) that displays all usage events logged against the subscription product. A dedicated create and edit page is available, where the batch number and event number are auto-populated. Editing is permitted only when the event status is either 'DRAFT' or 'ERROR'. Once all usage events have been entered, the batch status must be manually updated to 'ORA_IN_PROCESS' using the REST API or CSV import, enabling the rating job to process these usage events.

The ability to create, edit, and delete usage events provides flexibility in tracking usage events and charges within the context of a subscription product.

This page is extensible using Application Composer. Customers can extend the usage event object and display it on the list, create and edit pages.
