Use Improved Compensation Plan Deployer

Get alerts to run compensation plan deployer when you make changes in compensation role to compensation plan assignments, which will result in a large number of participant changes to be processed by the plan deployer. This will help users avoid piling up too many changes to be processed by the plan deployer in a single run.

Compensation plan deployer also uses improved batching when a new compensation plan is being deployed for the first time. Batching logic has also been improved to look at all historical runs including cancelled processes to decide the number of batches and child workers.
