Additional Sales Forecasting Configurability

You can configure sales forecasting to meet your business forecasting needs. The following options are now available:

  • Options to allow sales managers to make adjustments for their own forecast, their direct report's forecast, or make adjustments to forecast items, or prevent any forecast adjustments.

  • Show or hide optional metrics such as, Best Case Forecast, Adjusted Team Rollup and Opportunity Rollup.

  • Sequence for displaying the won, committed and best case forecast numbers within graphs

  • Show or hide sales forecast graphs for sales managers.

Additionally, a forecast type can be defined to drive sales forecasting, and as part of this the administrator can define any filter criteria to restrict the set of records included in a forecast, for example, only include New and Expansion type opportunities in the forecast.
