Manage Generative AI Features using Setup UI

With this release, you can now manage which generative AI features you would like to enable. The setup UI list all the Generative AI features and you can choose to enable the ones that works best for your business requirements.  Note, some generative AI features are delivered as smart actions, such features need to be enabled or disabled via Smart Action management UI in application composer.

With more granular control of features to enable, you can choose and enable only those features that works best for your unique business needs.

Steps to Enable

  1. Login as an administrator
  2. Click Navigator and then on My Enterprise
  3. Click on Offereings
  4. Select Sales
  5. Click on Opt-in features
  6. Under Intelligence in Sales, click on pencil icon
  7. Make sure "Use Generative AI Features in Sales" is enabled.

Next under setup and Maintenance, under Sales 

  1. Click on Intelligence in Sales functional area.
  2. Click on Intelligence in Sales task
  3. Click on Configure Recommended Features
  4. Click on Enable Generate AI Features in CX Sales
  5. This will navigate to UI to enable/disable Generative AI features.

Tips And Considerations

Some generative AI features are delivered as smart actions that can be accessed from Action Bar, such features have to be enabled or disabled via Smart Action management UI in application composer.

Access Requirements

  1. To manage generative ai features grant Manage Generative AI Features in Sales ( Privilege Code: ZCA_MANAGE_GENAI_IN_SALES) privilege to the sales administrators in your enterprise.
