Tips And Considerations

Accessing the New Flow :  You can access the new experience by adding the following path to the end of your environment URL (after .com). /fscmUI/redwood/cx-ic/application/container/plancomponents

Built-in Backwards Compatibility : The new guided incentive component creation experience is fully compatible with the traditional administration user interface and data model. Any components created using the new flow can be accessed, viewed, and managed seamlessly within the traditional UI, ensuring smooth integration with your existing processes and workflows.

Using Buil-in AI: To leverage embedded AI functionality ensure you have clicked to enabled AI features for Incentive Compensation. Note if you haven't done so this can be easily done by following the instructions below.

Navigate to  Setup and Maintenance

  1. Open Search
  2. Search for "Enable Generative AI Features in Sales"
  3. This will navigate to UI to enable/disable Generative AI features.
  4. Select features you wish to enable.

Note: To manage Generative AI features grant Manage Generative AI Features in Sales ( Privilege Code: ZCA_MANAGE_GENAI_IN_SALES) privilege to the sales administrators in your enterprise. For users to leverage this feature after it has been enabled, they will need the Privilege Use Generative AI Features in Sales (Privilege Code: ZCA_USE_GENAI_IN_SALES_PRIV)
