Enterprise customers may have millions of products and many millions of rows in their Price Models and Matrices. Users need to quickly find and filter the specific rows that they want to validate or edit. Oracle CPQ 25C introduces a new filter for Price Model and Price Agreement Pricing Data and Matrixes. The new filter allows pricing administrators to leverage the 25B REST API query enhancements to check and edit the prices and discounts for subsets of products, regions, price types, etc. within a Price Model or Matrix.

Add a Filter

Perform the following steps to create a new search filter:

  1. Navigate to the Admin page.

  2. Click Price Models in the Pricing section.

  3. Open the applicable Price Model.

  4. Select Filters from the Actions drop-down.

Select Filters

  1. Select Click to add conditions here.

  2. Add conditional filter(s).

  1. Select an Attribute.

  2. Select the Operator.

Note: Chose "is in" to select values from lookups.

  1. Select or enter the Value.

  2. Click Add New Condition to add another filter condition.

  3. Click the Delete icon to remove a filter condition.

Add Filters

  1. Click Apply to filter pricing data list

This feature enables customers with a large number of products and rows in their Price Models and Matrices to quickly find and filter the specific rows that they want to validate or edit.

Steps to Enable
