CX Sales LinkedIn Sales Navigator Integration
CX Sales and Linkedin Sales Navigator integration provides the ability to synchronise data between CX Sales and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. With the new integration, sales users can view LinkedIn company profile and LinkedIn person profile for customers and customer contacts they are working with. Records are auto matched and hence allow sales users to view matching profiles without having to manually search for companies or contacts. While reviewing company profiles, users can use Add to CRM action to create contacts or leads thus making it easy to pursue the right contacts. Sellers can also communicate using LinkedIn InMail, messages or connection request with prospects or customers and log the same back to CX Sales.
CX Sales and LinkedIn Sales Navigator integration makes it easier for sellers to search and add right contacts to pursue, makes additional channel available for communicating with customers and track all communications from within CX Sales. It would help the sellers in effectively prospecting or nurturing their customer accounts and in turn driving higher relationship score.
Steps to Enable
- Navigate to Setup LinkedIn Integration menu from Application Composer
- Follow guided step process to setup the integration and save
- Schedule ESS Job to share data with LinkedIn based on the integration options selected during setup task
