Create and Manage Additional Name Records for Sales Accounts in Redwood

Additional Name records can now be viewed, created, and managed from the Account Detail page on Redwood Sales Accounts.

Businesses and sellers can use this feature to record alternate identifiers and names for their accounts, which may be useful - or necessary - for certain customer activities, such as a legal name that would be used for formal communications or letterheads. The feature is also helpful when a native character script is needed to express the name of an account or organization in a local script or language.

Steps to Enable and Configure

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.

Tips And Considerations

Additional Names is a module that sits on the Create and Edit Account screens, and is hidden by default. The component can be exposed in VBS.
