Additional Adjustment Options for Service Agreement Level Pricing

Additional adjustment types - price override, markup amount, and discount amount - are added to the existing types - discount percent, and markup percent in the coverage definition. Also, service item, price UOM, and currency attributes are added to the adjustments of a coverage. This allows the service pricing administrator to configure the service agreement level pricing for various service offerings and in multiple currencies.

New Adjustment Types

You can create multiple adjustments for different service items and in multiple currencies. For example, for the same service item, you can define different adjustments - one in US Dollar and another in British Pound currencies.
