Standard ABO: Customer Asset Action Type

Oracle 25D introduces the new "Customer Assets" Standard Process document action type.

Note: The Customer Assets action type is only available when Standard ABO is enabled.

When the Customer Asset action is included on a main or sub-document, the Customer Asset will take you directly to the asset repository.

Steps to Enable

Refer to the following procedures to create and enable a Customer Assets type action.

1. Enable Standard ABO. Refer to the Steps to Enable for Access to Standard Asset-Based Ordering.
2. Create a Customer Assets Type Action. Refer to Oracle CPQ Administration Online Help > Commerce > Actions > Document Actions.
3. Add the Customer Assets action to the transaction/quote layout using the Redwood Quote UI. Refer to Commerce > Transactions| Quotes > Redwood > Quote Designer > Redwood Quote Actions in Oracle CPQ Administration Online Help.
