Generative AI features enabled by default

With this release, most Generative AI features will be enabled by default. For example, the writing assistant for email, notes, and other areas will be on out of the box.

To view which features are enabled by default or to opt out of enabling these features:

  1. Under Setup & Maintenance
  2. Click on Intelligence in Sales Functional Area.
  3. Click on Enable Generative AI Features in Sales
  4. See the features status of the ones that are enabled or disabled

Redwood Sales is embedding Generative AI throughout the user experience. In order to benefit from the new features, customers need Generative AI enabled. All Generative AI features are completely secure, included in the price you already pay, and are built in not bolted on.

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.

Tips And Considerations

  1. Certain Generative AI features are enabled via Smart Actions.  Please navigate to Smart Actions area in Application Composer to view which individual smart action features are enabled by default or to opt out of enabling these smart action features. This includes Show Account Summary, Show Activity Summary, Show Lead Summary, Show Opportunity Summary,  Show Lead Summary, Generate Goals and Strategies,  and Generate SWOT Analysis
