Enhanced Email Generation: Compose and Reply with Generative AI

With Generative AI capabilities available since 25A in the Redwood Sales add-in, sellers can generate contextual replies to sales conversations using Reply with AI or compose new outreach emails using Compose with AI. The 25C update takes this further by leveraging the product context from associated opportunities or leads referenced in the home page of the add-in, making the introductory emails more relevant to the sales contacts. Sellers can also refine the AI generated  drafts -  whether for replies or new emails - using the AI writing tools. The new version tracking capability makes it easy to review and revert to earlier drafts when needed.

Sellers receive higher-quality, context-aware emails generated using Generative AI, with the flexibility to review and revert versions and the confidence to refine drafts using the embedded AI writing tool in the Redwood Sales add-in UI—driving increased adoption.
