Interaction Message Reporting in OTBI

Users can now report on Interaction Message Details in CRM - CRM Interactions Real Time subject area.

Prior to this enhancement, users could only report on the number of email interactions in CRM - CRM Interactions Real Time subject area.  This enhancement allows customer to also view email details like Sent Date, Subject and Message Content.

Steps to Enable and Configure

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.

Tips And Considerations

Interaction message details can be found in the Interaction Message folder and Interaction Message Extension subfolder in the CRM - CRM Interactions Real Time subject area.

Access Requirements

Anyone who has access to the CRM - CRM Interactions Real Time subject areas in OTBI will have access to the Interaction Message folder and Interaction Message Extension subfolder.
