Reporting on the Lead Created By Name in OTBI

Users can now report on the full name of the person that created a lead.

Prior to this enhancement, users could only report on the user name of the person that created a lead. In cases where user names are cryptic, identifying the person that created the lead was difficult.  With this enhancement, users can now easily identify the person that created a lead.

Steps to Enable and Configure

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.

Tips And Considerations

Lead Created by Full Name is available in Lead folder of the Marketing - CRM Leads subject area.

If the person that created a lead is not an active user, this column will show the user name of the person that created the lead.

Access Requirements

Anyone who has access to the Marketing - CRM Leads subject area in OTBI will have access to this new attribute column Lead Created by Full Name.
