Reporting Enhancements for Marketing - CRM Leads and Opportunities Real Time in OTBI
The Marketing - CRM Leads and Opportunities Real Time subject area has been enhanced to allow users to report on
- opportunities created or expected to close in a time period using newly added time dimension attribute columns
- number of leads associated to an opportunity and number of opportunities associated to a lead using newly added fact columns
The newly added columns simplify reporting in the Marketing - CRM Leads and Opportunities Real Time subject area as users don't need to build custom formulas to derive the time periods or use multiple subject areas to get the counts.
Steps to Enable and Configure
You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.
Tips And Considerations
The following can now be found in Marketing - CRM Leads and Opportunities Real Time subject area:
- Opportunity Creation Date folder containing time dimension attributes related to the Opportunity -> Created Date column
- Opportunity Expected Closed Date folder containing time dimension attributes related to the Opportunity -> Expected Close Date column
- Facts -> Opportunity Facts -> # of Opportunities
- Facts -> Lead Facts -> # of Leads
The pre-existing Dummy Fact folder now is a subfolder of the new Facts folder.
