Customer Flattened Hierarchy in BICC
A snapshot of the customer hierarchy can be extracted from Oracle Business Intelligence Cloud Connector (BICC).
This enables business users to extract a snapshot of the complete customer hierarchy or just the recent changes for use in data warehouses or other tools.

Tips and considerations
In Oracle Business Intelligence Cloud Connector (BICC), customer hierarchy data can be extracted using data store CrmAnalyticsAM.CrmExtractAM.HzBiccExtractAM.CustomerHierarchyColumnFlattenedExtractPVO. The data is extracted from table HZ_PARTY_HIER_CF_DENORM. Refresh Denormalized Data for Account Hierarchy scheduled process must be run to populate the data in this table.
