This on-demand intelligence eliminates hours of manual research, giving you immediate context before meetings, proposals, or strategic planning.
This feature reduces manual research time and ensures sellers are working from current, consistent account insights. Sales managers gain better-prepared reps and more informed account plans, while account managers can identify risks and opportunities earlier in the relationship. Steps to enable and configure
From AI Agent studio

Create an MCP tool for Tavily and add your API key.

Duplicate the Organization Research Agent Team from the agent template.

Add the Tavily tool to the new agent and publish it.

Build a VB extension that uses the customized agent created above.

Enable the Account Company Profile and Account News smart actions (they’re turned off by default).
