Selected Procurement Contracts and Enterprise Contracts Bug Fixes in This Update
This update includes some bug fixes that can change the way Oracle Procurement Contracts and Enterprise Contracts works. This isn't a full list of all the bug fixes in this update. This list includes the bug fixes that can cause a noticeable change in application behavior.
Create Purchasing Documents for Large Contracts Through Contract Fulfillment
In update 26A, the Redwood UI for Enterprise Contracts became available for procurement contracts. But creating purchasing documents for large contracts could take a long time because only real-time processing was possible. With update 26B, you can now process large contracts using a scheduled process. The Contract Line Count Limit for Fulfillment Process Method (ORA_OKC_LINE_LIMIT_FULFILL_PROCESS_METHOD) profile option lets you set a maximum number of contract lines. If the number goes over this limit, the application switches to scheduled processing instead of online processing. If you don’t set a value, the default limit is 10.

Drill Down from Contract Fulfillment to Purchasing Documents Without a Procurement Agent Setup
In update 26A, drilling down from the Fulfillment section in Redwood Enterprise Contracts to a purchasing document worked only if a contract user was also configured as a procurement agent.
With update 26B, contract users can now drill down to view approved purchasing documents without being set up as an agent, provided they have the required data access through these data security policies:
- For Redwood Purchase Orders, access must be granted using the PO_VIEW_PO_DOC_TXN_DATA data privilege.
- For Redwood Purchase Agreements, access must be granted using the PO_VIEW_PA_DOC_TXN_DATA data privilege.
Contract users must also have PO_VIEW_PURCHASE_ORDER_PRIV and PO_VIEW_PURCHASE_AGREEMENT_PRIV privileges to access the purchase order and purchase agreement view pages.
For information on how to set up data security policy, refer to the Data Security topic.
