Sales Orchestration

Sales Orchestration is a new agentic seller experience that uses intelligent agents to automate routine sales tasks and streamline seller workflows. For example, it can capture and summarize communications for future reference, identify new contacts associated with deals, and automatically update opportunity data. It also helps sellers create personalized, context-aware communications aligned with product-specific go-to-market strategies—enabling more targeted outreach, higher productivity, and faster deal progression

This feature empowers sellers to automatically leverage sales enablement content that is aligned with product-specific go-to-market strategies, ensuring every customer interaction is relevant, consistent, and strategically positioned. By eliminating manual administrative tasks such as CRM opportunity updates and engagement documentation, sellers can focus their time and energy on high-value customer conversations that directly advance deal progression.

As a result, organizations benefit from improved seller productivity, more consistent execution of sales strategies, higher quality customer engagements, and accelerated revenue outcomes through reduced operational distractions and streamlined sales execution.
