Compensation Plan Assistant introduces a Plan Builder experience that helps compensation administrators convert source plan documents into proposed Incentive Compensation configuration. Users can upload plan requirements in supported document formats, review the generated plan structure, resolve issues, and refine the configuration before having Plan Builder implement it in Incentive Compensation.

Instead of manually translating business requirements into lower-level setup objects, administrators can use Plan Builder to generate and refine plan details across plans, components, performance measures, and rate tables. An embedded AI assistant lets compensation experts describe complex changes or refinements in plain English and translates those instructions into configuration updates. The experience helps compensation experts spend less time manually navigating configuration pages and more time applying their expertise to reviewing, refining, and validating plans.
