Visibility of integration type in the Integration Center for Oracle CPQ running in Fusion

Oracle CPQ 26D removes visibility of three integration types from the Integration Center for Oracle CPQ running in Fusion, as follows:

  • Remote Approval
  • Digital Assistant
  • Authentication Certificate

By default, new Oracle CPQ 26D implementations will not allow visibility and creation of these integration types. Administrators will need to log a Service Request (SR) to enable visibility and creation of these integrations.

Upon upgrade to Oracle CPQ 26D, the following occurs:

  • If no existing integration data exists for the integration type, the integration type is not visible and new integrations for that type cannot be created.
  • If existing integration data exists for the integration type, the integration type remains visible and edits to existing integrations is supported but creation of new integrations is not allowed.

This update simplifies the Integration Center experience by removing legacy vendor options from the default create flow while preserving access to existing integration records. Administrators get cleaner navigation and more deliberate control over specialized integration types.

Steps to enable and configure

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.

Administrators need to log a Service Request (SR) to enable visibility and creation of new Remote Approval, Digital Assistant, and Authentication Certificate integrations.
