Guided quote assistant supports rich text formatting for a more readable quote summary experience, and retrieves eligible products.

This feature is avaiable for Oracle CPQ running in Fusion when the Enable Unified Oracle CPQ feature opt-in is enabled.

This feature provides the following sales user benefits: 

  • Review of quote summaries with richer formatting that makes generated summaries easier to read and scan. 

  • Aligns assistant-driven product retrieval with Product Information Management (PIM)-based eligible item search.
