Export Online Messages to Excel

You can now export all online messages in a negotiation into Microsoft Excel to review them offline, or add as an attachment when submitting the negotiation or award for approval.

Downloading messages helps category managers, team members, and suppliers maintain a record of their online conversations.

Steps to Enable

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.

Access Requirements

Users who are assigned a configured job role that contains these privileges can access this feature:

Create Supplier Negotiation Online Message (PON_CREATE_ONLINE_MESSAGE_PRIV)
Create Supplier Negotiation Online Message as Supplier (PON_CREATE_ONLINE_MESSAGE_SUPPLIER_FACING_PRIV)
Reply Supplier Negotiation Online Message (PON_REPLY_ONLINE_MESSAGE_PRIV)
Reply Supplier Negotiation Online Message as Supplier (PON_REPLY_ONLINE_MESSAGE_SUPPLIER_FACING_PRIV)
View Supplier Negotiation Online Message (PON_VIEW_ONLINE_MESSAGE_PRIV)
View Supplier Negotiation Online Message as Supplier (PON_VIEW_ONLINE_MESSAGE_SUPPLIER_FACING_PRIV)
