One of your ideas has been delivered from your suggestion.Support Depot Repair RMAs with Quantities Greater than One

You can now create depot repair RMAs (sales order returns) with quantities more than one for serial tracked items.  Previously, this was only supported for asset-tracked but not serial-tracked items.  The serial numbers received for the RMA can be selected in the Create Repair Work Order UI and are displayed in the Depot Repair Workbench.

When creating repair work orders, you can select one of the received serial numbers.  If no serial number has been received, you can select an asset located at the customer site.

You can now cancel a repair work order in the Depot Repair UI.  You may need to do this when the serial number received doesn't match the serial number used to create the work order prior to receipt.

This feature increases efficiency by eliminating the need to create a depot repair RMA for each serial number being returned for repair.
