Group Available Earnings by Invoice and Item for Claim Association
Claim analysts need to research and associate available promotional accruals with customer claims. This feature provides the ability to quickly identify and match available program accruals by invoice and item.
Requires Program, Invoice or Item Criteria to Group Available Accruals by Program, Invoice and Item
This feature:
- Improves the accuracy and administration of balances in the program checkbook, as the source of truth
- Improves claim analyst productivity to settle promotional claims at a very detailed level
- Dissuades customers from deducting the same promotional rebate more than once, and puts your channel organization back in control.

Steps to Enable
Use the Opt In UI to enable this feature. For instructions, refer to the Optional Uptake of New Features section of this document.
Offering: Order Management
If you have already implemented Customer Claims in Redwood, then you don't need to do anything to enable this feature.
If you haven't implemented Customer Claims in Redwood, then refer to the Roadmap for Setting Up Deductions and Settlement chapter in the Implementing Channel Revenue Management guide.
If you have already implemented Customer Programs, then you don't need to do anything to enable this feature.
If you haven't implemented Customer Programs, then refer to the Roadmap for Setting Up Customer Promotions chapter in the Implementing Channel Revenue Management guide.
Tips And Considerations
The application automatically suggests available accruals by program. To enable the button to group by Invoice and Item, you must provide at least 1 of 3 filter criteria (program, invoice or item), and then execute the search.
