Redwood: Search Service History in the Maintenance Technician Workbench
With this update, you can now search for past work history from closed and completed orders. The service history lets you research similar issues for performing efficient repairs. Using Oracle’s smart search and filters, you can search for past work orders across multiple attributes, such as failure code, problem description, failed components, and transaction codes. This feature uses Oracle Search Extension Framework to provide a powerful index-based search engine combined with the Redwood user experience, which enables you to perform full-text searches for completed and closed work orders.
You can use filters for asset item number, asset number, organization, or work order type to narrow down your result set. Additional filter criteria include the operation work center, asset work center, work order subtype, work order status, and actual start date.
This feature lets you search for past inspections and repairs to help diagnose current issues.
