Selected Product Lifecycle Management Common Bug Fixes in This Update

This update includes some bug fixes that can change the way Oracle Product Lifecycle Management works. This isn't a full list of all the bug fixes in this update. This list includes the bug fixes that can cause a noticeable change in application behavior.

Target Status in Relationship Rules

Previously, when creating a relationship rule in the Relationships tab, the statuses Scheduled and Completed were not available as target statuses for change orders, change requests, problem reports, and corrective actions.

With this update:

  • The Scheduled status can now be selected as a target status for engineering change orders, commercialization change orders, and change orders without revision control.

  • The Completed status can now be selected as a target status for change requests, deviation change requests, problem reports, and corrective actions.

Filter Chips on Product Management Search Workflow Page

The Description and Type filter chips were default filter chips that couldn't be removed from a view even if you didn't want to filter by those attributes.

With this update, these are no longer default filter chips and you can remove them from existing views. New views you create will have only Name, Number, and Workflow Type as the default filters, ensuring faster page loading.
