Remove Shipment Set Identifier When Partially Shipping a Shipment Set
A shipment set is a group of order lines that you want to ship together at the same time so that they arrive to the customer on the same date. When you mark a set of order lines to ship together, all of those lines have the same shipment set identifier. In some situations, you might allow breaking apart the shipment set during the actual shipment execution for any number of reasons. When this happens, the goods or quantities not shipped out are no longer part of the shipment set. Prior to this update, those unshipped goods or quantities retained the original shipment set identifier even though they weren't shipped out with the shipment set. Now, the shipment set identifier is removed from the goods or quantities that you don't ship with the original shipment set.
This feature provides you with more accurate information to convey which items were actually shipped with the shipment set.
