Redwood: Enter Receipt Quantity by Distribution in the Responsive Self-Service Receiving Application

You can enter the receipt quantity for each distribution when receiving goods in the Responsive Self-Service Receiving application. Once you enter the new receipt drawer, you can click the Override distribution quantities checkbox. The checkbox displays as unchecked and disabled when the schedule has multiple distributions. Once the checkbox is selected, a table is shown with three fields: Quantity, Distribution, and Requester. You can enter the quantity for each distribution. The sum of the quantities across distributions must be equal to the receipt quantity. Once the receipt details and distribution quantities have been entered, you can click the Submit button to process your receipt.

Override Distribution Quantities

This feature allows you to process receipts quickly and accurately when you need to enter quantities at the distribution level.

Steps to Enable

You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.

Tips And Considerations

The sum of the quantities across distributions must be equal to the receipt quantity.

Users who are assigned a configured job role that contains these privileges can access this feature:

• Create Receipt with the Responsive Self Service Receiving Application (RCV_CREATE_RECEIPT_WITH_PWA)
• Manage Receipt for Advanced Receiver with the Responsive Self Service Receiving Application (RCV_MANAGE_RECEIPT_ADVANCED_RECEIVER_PWA)
