Capture Asset on All Debrief Lines
You can now debrief work performed on multiple assets on a single service work order. The Redwood Add/Edit Debrief UIs for labor and expenses have been enhanced to capture the asset being serviced and use it get Subscription coverage when calculation charges. The ability to capture the asset worked on has been available for parts debrief for several releases. When posting charges/costs, a maintenance work order is created for each asset captured on the debrief lines..
The following screenshot shows the addition of the Asset field to the Add Labor Details UI. If an asset was captured on the debrief header, the Asset LOV displays the debrief header asset and all its descendants, which is the current functionality in the parts debrief UI. If no asset was captured on the debrief header, the Asset LOV lists all of the customer's assets located at the service address on the debrief Header (defaults from service work order).

In addition, when depot repair charges are calculated, if assets were captured on the maintenance work order material and/or resource transactions, these assets are used to get the subscription coverage. For depot repair charges created in the Depot Repair UI (expenses and fixed charges), you can also now also enter the asset as shown in the following screenshot.
