Extend Claim Pages with Guided Journeys
Create guided journeys that help claim analysts take the right actions when they're managing claims in Oracle Channel Revenue Management. Tailor the guided journeys to specific tasks that claim analysts must perform on the Claim pages.
A guided journey helps users complete tasks by facilitating a business process. Administrators can create a guided journey to embed tutorials, company policies, and best practices at the page level on these Claim pages.
This feature:
- Improves adherence to business processes.
- Increases effectiveness of onboarding claim analysts.
Steps to Enable
Use the Opt In UI to enable this feature. For instructions, refer to the Optional Uptake of New Features section of this document.

Users who are assigned a configured job role that contains these privileges can access this feature:
- Manage Journey (ORA_PER_MANAGE_JOURNEY_TEMPLATE)
- Administrator Sandbox (FND_ADMINISTER_SANDBOX_PRIV)
