Issue a Credit Memo to a Related Customer when Settling a Deduction or Manual Claim
You can now select a related customer as a payee when you settle a deduction or a manual claim with a credit memo. Customers are related on the basis of bill-to relationships specified in Accounts Receivable. For manual claims, you can also select an unrelated customer as the payee.

Tips And Considerations
- Account relationship setup isn't required if you enable the Pay Unrelated Customer option for manual claims, making it ideal for one-time payments without setup.
- Related customer payment support is available only for the Credit Memo on Account settlement method. This is applicable for both promotional and non-promotional deductions and manual claims.
