Select the Period for Which You Can Validate and Post Activities in Bulk

As a Sustainability Controller or Analyst, you might need to validate or post activities to a sustainability ledger in bulk for a specific period. To address this need, a new parameter (Period) has been added to the Process Sustainability Activities scheduled process.

The Period parameter is an additional filter applied to the other parameters you have entered, allowing for more precise selection of activities related to the specified period that requires processing.

There are no new access requirements to access this feature.

• Users who are assigned a configured job role that contains the following privilege can access the Process Sustainability Activities scheduled process:
  • Process Sustainability Activity (SUS_PROCESS_ACTIVITIES_PRIV)
