Redwood: Manage Shipping Exceptions Using a Redwood Page
A shipping exception is an unexpected event resulting out of a conflict between the requirements of the shipper, customer, or transportation carrier. You can now manage your shipping exceptions using a Redwood page.
You can access the Shipping Exceptions task from the Setup and Maintenance work area.
Using the new Shipping Exceptions page, you can:
- Search for and view shipping exceptions
- Create new shipping exceptions
- Update or delete existing user-defined shipping exceptions

Tips And Considerations
In the Setup and Maintenance work area, the Redwood version of the Shipping Exceptions page is enabled by default in this update, but the existing version of the Manage Shipping Exceptions page is still available in the Manufacturing and Supply Chain Materials Management offering. You should move to the Redwood version of the page at your earliest convenience, because the existing version of the page will be removed from the application in a future update.
