Redwood: Access Work Order Operation Attachments from Maintenance Technician Workbench

Work orders often include attachments such as files, text, and URLs for maintenance technicians to review as part of the repair process. These predefined work order attachments are available on the Preview Work Order page and can be viewed and downloaded. With this release, you can view and download the work order operation attachments from the preview page as well as the Operations tab of My Maintenance Work in the Maintenance Technician workbench.

On the Preview Work Order page, you can still view the work order attachments of the General Tab under Notes and Attachments. The Operation attachments are available on the Operations tab of Preview Work Order page. You can either preview or download the attachments from here.
