Redwood: Review Purchase Order Processing Errors and Other Exceptions
Review any processing errors and exceptions for purchase orders and change orders on the Redwood Purchase Orders page. A new metric now shows the total number of purchase orders with processing errors, including submission errors for both purchase orders and for change orders. Additionally, a new contextual filter allows you to narrow down the orders contributing to this total. By clicking the warning icon next to an order number, you can open a drawer that displays any processing errors and other exceptions, if they are present.
This screenshot illustrates the feature.
Purchase Order with Processing Errors
The warning icon is displayed for orders that have exceptions, such as rejected, overdue for acknowledgment, frozen, on hold, containing overdue schedules, or pending changes initiated by the supplier or requester. Clicking the warning icon will open a drawer that provides additional information regarding these exceptions.
