Redwood: Navigate to Related Documents When Viewing Purchase Orders
View backing requisitions and change orders from Redwood Purchase Order pages. You can also access the PDF of the master contract while viewing a purchase order, if one exists.
On the Redwood View Purchase Order page, you can drill down to view requisition details from the Schedules drawer.

Additionally, you can drill down to view requisition details and download the master contract document from the Additional Order Details tab.

When you view a purchase order that has a pending change order, you'll see an information message on the page. If you have the necessary access, you can click the View change order link to see the details.

You can access change orders from the Redwood Purchase Orders page. Use the Customize Columns icon to expose the Change Order field in the search results.

Steps to Enable
Run the ESS job to create index definition and perform initial ingest to OSCS scheduled process with this index name:
- Purchase Order Schedules: fa-prc-po-schedules

In this release, the master contract isn't available for download from the Redwood Purchase Orders page. It will only show as read-only text in the search results.

You can use the Customize Columns icon to expose the Change Order field on the Redwood Purchase Orders page.

Access Requirements
Users who are assigned a configured job role that contains this existing privilege can view the requisition number as a link and drill down to see requisition details:
- View Requisition Details as Buyer (POR_VIEW_REQUISITION_DETAILS_AS_BUYER_PRIV)
Users who are assigned a configured job role that contains this existing privilege can view the change order number as a link and drill down to see change order details:
- Change Purchase Order (PO_CHANGE_PURCHASE_ORDER_PRIV)
NOTE: You must have the Manage Scheduled Job Definition (FND_MANAGE_SCHEDULED_JOB_DEFINITION_PRIV) privilege to run scheduled processes for enabling the search extension framework.
