The attributes you can edit depend on your privileges and the type of selected lines. For example, if you select only quantity-based lines, you can update the quantity. However, if you select a mix of quantity-based and amount-based lines, you won't be able to update the quantity.

Here's the list of attributes that can be updated:

After you modify the attributes and click Update, your changes will be recorded, the requisition amounts will be recalculated, and relevant data will be updated. You can also apply changes to all lines using the Select All checkbox.

Before this update, when a line had multiple distributions and you needed to update the quantity or amount at the line level, you had to manually distribute those updates across the distributions. With the new update, you can now automatically propagate line quantity or amount updates to any existing multiple distributions based on their distribution percentages. This functionality is available for both single-line and multiple-line updates.

Before this feature, you could update selected attributes either on a single line or on all lines. This feature allows you to choose a specific subset of lines for updates. Additionally, you can perform mass updates on the line and distribution-level descriptive flexfields for the selected lines and their corresponding distributions.
