Depot repair RMA List and Detail View in DCS Portal
The Digital Customer Service Reference Template supports improved integration with Service Logistics to allow an end-user to view a list of depot repairs on the self-service support portal. Our Fusion Service customers can leverage these out-of-the-box Asset Based Service flows for their Digital Customer Service portal implementation.
A new menu navigation option called "Repairs" on the DCS homepage will allow for quick access to the "RMA List View Page", showing RMA data at the Account/Customer level.
In scope for this release:
- RMA List View Page in DCS Portal (new oj-dcs-rma-list component)
- Apply filters to find the relevant RMA from the list view
- RMA Detail Page in DCS Portal
RMA Repairs List component in the DCS reference template

Steps to Enable
- For RMA a custom role needs to be created for the Customer Self Service Role and the Functional Privilege "Depot Repair Manager" needs to be added in Fusion.
