Redwood: Review Service History in Maintenance Supervision
Search the service history of closed and completed orders in Maintenance Supervision using Oracle’s smart search and filters. You can search for the past work orders across multiple attributes, such as failure code, problem description, failed components, and transaction codes. This feature uses Oracle Search Extension Framework to provide a powerful index-based search engine combined with the Redwood user experience, which enables you to perform full-text searches for the completed and closed work orders.
You can use filters for asset item number, asset number, organization, and work order type to narrow down your result set. Additional filter criteria include the operation work center, asset work center, work order subtype, work order status, and actual start date. You can also use keyword-based search to refine the results.
Here's a screenshot that shows the Service History tab of Maintenance Supervision wherein, you can apply the filters to search relevant work orders.
