Redwood: Manage Asset Failure Information in Maintenance Supervision

In Maintenance Supervision, directly capture and view asset failure, the cause of failure, and resolution details for single-asset work orders in any status except Closed. For Closed work orders, failure information is available in view-only mode, allowing maintenance supervisors to review historical failure data without modification.
