Redwood: Capture and Report Additional Details for Operation Resources and Material Transactions in My Maintenance Work

Maintenance work orders are enabled with descriptive flexfields so you can manage and report additional information. When you complete a work order, you can report additional resource and material information in My Maintenance Work, on the Resources tab of Report Work page.

You can capture additional details for materials as well. During work order completion, in Report Work, Materials tab, you have the option to report additional data for both issue and return transactions, if your work order is enabled.

Enhance your work order execution by reporting additional details related to operation resource and materials. Use the descriptive flexfields to capture information for both material issue and return transactions in My Maintenance Work. This actively improves data collection during resource and material transactions.
