Redwood: Enable My Maintenance Work by Organization
You can now enable My Maintenance Work for specific maintenance organizations. Earlier, enabling My Maintenance Work at the site level, disabled the Maintenance Dispatch List task for all the maintenance organizations. With this update, you can enable My Maintenance Work for selected maintenance organizations only. To enable this feature, you need to:
- Enable the Redwood opt-in feature, Enable My Maintenance Work by Organization.
- Select the Include organization in the maintenance technician workbench checkbox under Manage Inventory Organization Parameters.
After this feature is enabled:
- An Organization search field appears on the My Maintenance Work page.
- Technicians can see and access only those maintenance organizations where My Maintenance Work is enabled.
Here's a screenshot of the My Maintenance Work page that highlights the Organization search. Technicians can select an organization they have access to.
