Tips And Considerations

  • In the New requisition drawer, deliver-to-location isn't editable and the default value is the location of the work order organization.
  • You can only access the read-only details of Requisitions, Purchase Orders and Receipts and can't perform any action from the Work Order page.
  • You can drill down to the details of each requisition which will display all the purchase order lines and all the receipts in two separate tabs.
  • The Purchased Items tab will be hidden if the organization does not support direct procurement.
  • When the user navigates to Self Service Procurement work area, the context work order details, deliver-to-location and user name are defaulted until the user manually updates this information or if the same user navigates from different work order.
  • Users should have following data security
    • Data Resource = Inventory Organization
      • Privilege = Manage Maintenance Organization
