Display Trade Compliance Status on Order Headers

Use a profile option to specify whether you want the Trade Compliance Status attribute on the order header to display an error or to display under review when the compliance check from Global Trade Compliance fails or when it's under review for any order line. 

Consider an example where you send one line in one response. Order Management will display the status according to the most recent response that it receives:

Sales Order Has Three Lines And

Profile Enabled

Profile Disabled, Latest Line Passed

 Profile Disabled, Latest Line On Hold Profile Disabled, Latest Line Errored

All three lines passed compliance check.

Passed

 Passed    

Two lines passed, one line is on hold.

On Hold

 Passed On Hold  

One line passed, one line is on hold, and one line errored.

Here's another example where you send all lines together in a single response:

Avoid confusion. Display a status that's accurate according to all lines in the sales order.
