Classify Pending and Approved Requisitions Using All Requisitions Data Set
Classify pending requisitions in addition to approved requisitions by using a new extended data set. Use additional attributes such as the requestor's manager hierarchy and the approver hierarchy to help predict classification assignments.
New All Requisitions data set
The new All Requisitions data set provides organizations with increased flexibility to classify a broader set of the requisitions being processed within their organization.
Steps to Enable
You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.

Access Requirements
Users who have access to Spend Classification do not require any additional setups to make use of this new feature.
Users who are assigned a configured job role that contains these privileges can access this feature:
- Administer Spend Classification Application (POI_ADMINISTER_SPEND_CLASSIFICATION_PRIV)
- Manage Spend Classification Batch (POI_MANAGE_SPEND_CLASSIFICATION_BATCH_PRIV)
- View Spend Classification Work Area (POI_SPEND_CLASSIFICATION_WORKAREA_PRIV)
