Redwood: Perform Additional Functions in Maintenance Supervision
Maintenance Supervision now includes capabilities such as the ability to search work orders with expanded filters, manage supplier warranty information directly from the workbench, and perform mid-point operation rescheduling without leaving the page.
Key Capabilities
Enhanced Work Order Search
- Search by additional attributes, including Maintenance Program Code, Maintenance Program Name, Work Order Operation Name, and Operation Description.
- Use the new Work Order Priority facet to quickly filter results by priority.
- Search for work orders by selecting the Work Order Groups filter in the Filters panel.
Improved Asset Search and Display
- Search for assets by key attributes: Asset Number, Asset Description, Serial Number, Item Number, and Item Description.
- Results are displayed in a new four-column layout showing: Asset Number, Asset Description, Serial Number, and Lot Number.
Supplier Warranty Management
- Manage warranty repair information directly from an asset work order.
- View all the active warranty contracts for an asset and its related assets.
- Search for work orders identified as warranty repairs and see a Warranty Repair indicator in the work order results.
Midpoint Operation Rescheduling

Perform rescheduling for specific work order operations mid-execution, without adjusting the full work order schedule.
Work Order Group Management
- View the Work Order Group name in the work order header for quick identification.
- Edit the group name or change the assigned group directly from the work order header.
- Associate a new work order with a group when creating it directly from Maintenance Supervision.
