Redwood: Manage Order Promising Options
Use a redesigned page to set general options for promising that are specific to your enterprise, such as the source for your time zone and lead time. You can also set up and adjust options to help you troubleshoot problems, such as the logging level and locking behavior.
Go to Home Page > Order Management > Show More > ctrl+f > Order Promising Options:
You have all of the same options on the redesigned page that you have on the classic page. See Manage Order Promising Options.
Steps to Enable
You don't need to do anything to enable this feature.
Tips And Considerations
The default values on the Order Promising Options page will meet most of your typical needs. Modify them only in consultation with your Oracle product team.
