Redwood: Send Procurement Contract Notifications to Buyer

Send procurement contract related notifications as a supplier using the Oracle Supplier Portal Contracts Redwood page, and share relevant contract documents.

As a supplier, you can now use the Oracle Supplier Portal Contracts Redwood page to send contract-related notifications and share relevant documents. This feature centralizes contract updates and document sharing in one accessible location.

On the Supplier Portal Contracts page, choose a contract and click Review Contract Documents. In the drawer panel, select Shared by supplier to manage documents you share with the buying organization. Here, you can drag and drop contract documents, which will be accessible to the buyers managing the contract.

To send notification to the buyer, click the Notify buyer checkbox, which enables the subject and the note to buyer sections. Enter a note and click Save and Notify. You can also opt to add documents without notifying the buyer and click Save and Close.
